Isn't he supposed to be in prison by now? Being passed around for a pack of cigarettes? Shouldn't we have a Senator or Congressman lean on a prosecutor to speed the trial up? I hear that can be effective. This man should not still be showering alone.

Here in Pittsburgh, we had a U.S. Attorney, now promoted to Washington for her slavish obedience to her Republican overlords, named Mary Beth Buchanan. She let her husband's Republican law firm off the hook for Enron style fraud, but saw fit to prosecute Tommy Chong for selling bongs over the internet.

Ms. Buchanan investigated local Democratic officials, namely, the Sheriff Pete DeFazio, the Coroner, Cyril Wecht, the mayor, Tom Murphy, and a County Judge, Joseph Jaffe. We now know it was part of a nationwide plan
